某地市级三甲医院院级科研课题管理成效分析

Effectiveness of Scientific Research Projects of First-class Grade-A Hospitals in a Prefectural-level City

目的掌握地市级三甲医院科研水平,促进临床医务人员的科研发展。方法对某地市级三甲医院2008—2012年间5次院级课题开展情况进行回顾性分析。结果经过科研管理创新,制定合理奖惩制度、宽松科研环境、浓厚科研氛围、课题全程监管可有效提高医院科研的整体水平,促进了医院科研工作的全面开展。结论地级市三甲医院对院级科研课题的严格管理有助于促进医院科研水平的发展。

Objective To master the scientific research level of municipal first-class hospitals and promote the scientific research development of clinical medical staff.Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the municipal third-class hospital from 2008 to 2012.Results The hospital conducted the innovation on scientific management,established a reasonable reward and punishment system,created a satisfactory scientific research environment and a strong scientific research atmosphere as well as the all supervision on class,effectively promoting the overall level of scientific research of the hospital and improving the overall conduct on scientific research of hospital.Conclusion Strict management of scientific research projects in prefectural hospitals is helpful to promote the development of scientific research level in hospitals.
