柴胡疏肝散合参苓白术散治疗克罗恩病的临床疗效及对营养状况、炎性因子的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨柴胡疏肝散合参苓白术散治疗克罗恩病(CD)患者临床疗效及对患者营养状况及血清炎性因子水平的影响。方法选取2018年6月—2019年5月医院消化内科收治的CD患者90例,按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各45例,其中对照组采用甲泼尼龙口服治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加柴胡疏肝散合参苓白术散治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果及治疗前后患者营养状况、炎性因子表达情况。结果同对照组相比,观察组临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后,患者营养状态明显改善,炎性因子水平明显降低,P<0.05。结论柴胡疏肝散合参苓白术散治疗克罗恩病临床疗效显著,能够改善患者的营养状态,降低炎性因子水平,具有较高的临床推广价值。 Objective To investigate the effects of Chaihu Shugan Powder and Shenling Baizhu Powder on nutritional status and serum inflammatory factors in patients with Crohns disease(CD).Methods 90 cases of CD patients were treated in our hospital from June 2018 to May 2019.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method equally.The control group was treated with methylprednisolone orally,while the observation group was treated with Chaihu Shugan Powder and Shenling Baizhu Powder on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,nutritional status and expression of inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05).After the treatment with Chaihu Shugan Power and Shenling Baizhu Powder,the nutritional status of the patients in the observation group was significantly improved,and the level of inflammatory factors was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion Chaihu Shugan Powder and Shenling Baizhu Powder are effective in the treatment of Crohn s disease by improving the nutritional status of patients and reducing the level of inflammatory factors,with a high clinical value.
