反馈式教学方法对产后尿潴留发生率的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究反馈式教学方法对分娩镇痛产妇发生产后尿潴留的影响。方法采用方便抽样的方法,选择舒芬太尼联合罗哌卡因硬膜外镇痛泵经阴道分娩的产妇54例,其中观察组和对照组各27例。对照组实施传统健康教育,观察组应用反馈式教学方法。比较2组第一次排尿的时间及尿潴留的发生情况。结果对照组与观察组产后第一次排尿时间差异无统计学意义(t=-0.804,P>0.05)。但观察组的尿潴留发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Х^2=4.418,P<0.05)。结论反馈式教学方法在分娩镇痛产妇中的应用,能够降低产后尿潴留的发生率,在临床中应进一步推广反馈式教学法在分娩镇痛产妇中的应用。 Objective To explore the effect of feedback teaching method on postpartum urinary retention in women with labor analgesia.Methods The method of convenient sampling was adopted to select 54 cases of puerpera delivered by vaginal delivery with sufentanil combined with ropivacaine epidural analgesia pump,27 cases in the experimental group and 27 cases in the control group.The control group received traditional health education,while the experimental group was treated with feedback teaching method.The time of first urination and incidence of postpartum urinary retention were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference between the control group and the experimental group in the time of first urination after delivery(P>0.05).However,the incidence of urinary retention in the test group was statistically significant lower than that in the control group,and the difference wasХ^2=4.418,P<0.05).Conclusion Feedback teaching method can reduce the incidence of postpartum urinary retention.The application of feedback teaching method in labor analgesia should be further popularized in clinic.
