口岸植物检疫实验室生物安全调研与分析

Investigation and analysis on biosafety of plant quarantine laboratory at ports

植物检疫实验室生物安全是广义生物安全的重要组成,已逐渐受到各方面的重视。本文通过对全国海关系统的植物检疫实验室现状进行的调查和分析可以看到,现阶段全国口岸植物检疫实验室生物安全管理尚不够规范,检测人员、安全设施参差不齐,检测的有害生物种类、样品种类十分复杂,存在有害生物逃逸的风险,急需对此加强相关研究,在此基础上提出了实验室生物安全建设建议。

Biosafety of plant quarantine laboratory is an important part of general biosafety,which has been paid more and more attention.The investigation and analysis of current situation of plant quarantine laboratories within China Customs reflects that the biosafety management of the plant quarantine laboratories is unstandardized yet,the inspectors and safety facilities are uneven,the types of pests and samples detected are complex,therefore there is risk of pests escaping and relevant research is urgently need.Some suggestions on laboratory biosafety construction are also put forward.
