参苓白术散联合艾灸治疗抗生素相关性腹泻临床观察

Clinical observation on 30 cases of antibiotic-related Diarrhea treated with Shenling Baizhu powder and moxibustion

目的:观察参苓白术散联合艾灸治疗抗生素相关性腹泻的临床疗效。方法:将56例抗生素相关性腹泻患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例,采用参苓白术散联合艾灸治疗;对照组26例,采用双歧杆菌四联活菌片口服治疗。两组均治疗2周为1个疗程,疗程结束后观察并比较两组疗效结果:治疗组总有效率为90.00%,痊愈9例、显效10例、有效8例、无效3例;对照组总有效率为73.08%,痊愈4例、显效9例、有效6例、无效7例,两组疗效比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:参苓白术散联合艾灸治疗抗生素相关性腹泻具有较好疗效。

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenling Baizhu powder combined with Moxibustion in the treatment of antibiotic-associated diarrhea. Methods: 56 patients with antibiotic-associated diarrhea were randomly divided into 2 groups according to different planning treatments. The treatment group (30 cases) was treated with Shenling Baizhu powder combined with moxibustion, while the control group (26 cases) was treated with Bifidobacterium tetralogy viable tablets orally. Both groups were treated for two weeks as a course of treatment, and the curative effects were compared inthe two groups after treatment. Result: The total effective rate was 90.00%in the treatment group, and that was 73.08%in the control group. There was a significant difference in the clinical efficacy between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: Shenling Baizhu powder combined with moxibustion has a good effect on antibiotic-associated diarrhea.
