摘要
为进一步研究香港算盘子的适生水分条件,以1年生香港算盘子Glochidion zeylanicum为试验材料,研究了K1(SRWC=47%,干旱)、K2(SRWC=94%,对照)、K3(淹水3 cm)、K4(淹水8 cm)4种水分条件下的光合速率、气孔导度和胞间CO2浓度。结果表明,K1处理对香港算盘子光合作用产生较大的抑制,净光合速率、气孔导度均显著降低,其次为K4的处理,植株茎部产生皮孔,叶片无明显萎蔫,但光合作用受到显著抑制,而淹水3 cm条件下光合作用没有受到显著的阻碍,与K2(对照)相近,各项光合指标变化不显著。在这4种不同水分条件下,香港算盘子的光合速率、气孔导度产生显著差异,而胞间CO2浓度差异较小。通过对湿地木本植物香港算盘子水分胁迫的研究,有助于其在园林中更好地应用,有效提高存活率。
Annual plants of Glochidion zeylanicum were treated with water at different levels,K1(SRWC=47%,drought),K2(SRWC=94%,control),K3(flooded 3 cm),and K4(flooded 8 cm),to determine the photosynthesis rate,stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2 concentration to analyze their water adaptation.The results showed that K1 had a greater inhibition of the photosynthesis of G.zeylanicum,and significantly lower net photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance,followed by K4.The plants in K4 produced lenticels on stem and had no significant wilting leaves,but photosynthesis was significantly inhibited.The photosynthesis was not significantly hindered under the K3 treatment.The photosynthesis indexes in the plants of the treatment K3 did not change significantly,and were similar to those of the treatment K2(control).Under these four treatments G.zeylanicum plants were significantly different in photosynthesis rate and stomatal conductance but little different in intercellular CO2 concentration.This experiment for planting of G.zeylanicum,a wetland woody plant,under water stress or waterlogging stress might be helpful for planting of this plant in gardens with better survival rate.
