摘要
巴西优选3号香蕉是从巴西蕉芽变选育出来的,是在本地栽培的试验性香蕉品种。本试验通过对巴西优选3号香蕉不定芽在不同激素浓度配比的培养基上进行增殖培养,优化改良继代增殖培养基配方,以获得高效、健康、优质的种苗。通过试验可知,巴西蕉优选3号不定芽的最佳继代增殖培养基配方为MS+6-BA 4 mg/L+NAA 0.4 mg/L。
Banana’Baxijiao’No3 was selected from a bud mutation of Banana’Baxijiao’(Musa AAA Group cv Brazilian),and is an experimental cultivar planted locally.Adventitious buds from this banana variety were cultured and subcultured on different mediums supplemented with different hormones,and mediums for subculture were optimized to produce healthy,strong,high quality tube plants.The results showed that the best medium for subculture of the adventitious buds of Banana’Baxijiao’No.3 was MS+6-BA 4 mg/L+NAA 0.4 mg/L.
