一例无创产前筛查提示为20号染色体微缺失胎儿的确诊 被引量：1

摘要 胎儿孕17周4天。母亲孕产史1-0-0-1,父母非近亲婚配,表型正常,无有害物质接触史,无家族遗传病史,孕妇因高龄(36岁)知情选择高通量无创产前检测(noninvasive prenatal testing,NIPT),结果提示13.18.21三体均为低风险(风险指数0.684,-0.221.0.239).
