针刺治疗中风后运动性失语研究概况

Research Process of Acupuncture in the Treatment of Sports Aphasia after Apoplexy

通过了解近几年中医针刺疗法对中风后运动性失语的治疗效果及临床应用概况,采用文献回顾性分析方法,从中风后运动性失语的病因病机及针刺疗法在中风后运动性失语治疗中的应用两个方面进行综述,认为采用中医针刺结合疗法,针刺配合中药、配合语言康复训练以及配合其他特殊疗法(比如:电针、刺络放血、穴位贴敷以及音乐疗法)等,可以使中风后仍然遗留有运动性失语的患者在日常生活中,使其言语沟通交流、听理解、表达与复述以及阅读等方面有相应的改善,同时提高患者的生活质量。

By uncderstanding the therapeutic effect and clinical application of acupuncture therapy in the treatment of post-stroke motor aphasia in recent years,this paper summarizes the etiology and pathogenesis of post-stroke motor aphasia and the application of acupuncture therapy in the treatment of post-stroke motor aphasia by retrospective analysis of literature,and provides new ideas for the treatment of post-stroke motor a phasia in the future.It is believed that the combination therapy of acupuncture with Chinese medicine,acupuncture with Chinese mecdicine,language rehabilitation training and other special therapies(e.g.electro-acupuncture,bloocdletting by pricking collaterals,acupoint application and musictherapy)can enable the patients who still have motor aphasia after stroke to communicate and listen in their cdaily life.Comprehension,expression and retelling,reading and other aspects of the corresponding improvement,while improving the quality of life of patients.
