中医治疗老年抑郁症研究概述

Research on the Treatment of Senile Depression by Traditional Chinese Medicine

随着我国进入老龄社会,老年抑郁症的患病率逐年攀升,给家庭和社会都带来了很大的压力和挑战,引起了医学领域乃至全社会的广泛关注。由于老年抑郁症迄今为止病因仍不明确,且缺乏特效治疗手段,如何有效的防治老年抑郁症,是医学研究的热点。作者查阅近年来相关文献,从中医对老年抑郁症病因病机的认识及治疗作一概述。认为西医学治疗老年抑郁症存在手段单一,副作用大,容易复发等明显缺陷,而中医在抗衰老和调节情志病方面有其独特的优势。

As China enters an aging society,the prevalence of senile depression has increased year by year,bringing great pressure and challenges to families and society.This has caused widespread concern in the medical field and the whole society.The cause of senile depression has not been clear so far,and there is no specific treatment.How to effectively prevent depression in the elcderly is a hot topic in medical research.The author consulted the relevant literature in recent years and gave a brief overview of the understanding and treatment of the pathogenesis of senile depression from Chinese mecdicine.
