该文在经络理论指导下,根据经络的循行分布、功能特性及颈神经根的走行、支配区域来分析、探讨经络辨证治疗神经根型颈椎病所引起的颈部及上肢感觉异常以及活动受限,包括肌肉僵硬、腱反射减退、肌力减退、局部皮肤感觉疼痛等的理论渊源。

Under the guidance of meridian theory,according to the meridian distribution,functional characteristics and the course and dominant area of cervical nerve root,this paper analyses and explores the theoretical origin of sensory abnormalities of neck and upper limbs and limitation of movement caused by differentiation of meridians and collaterals in the treatment of cervical spondylotio radiculopathy,including muscle stiffness,tendon reflex decline,muscle weakness,local skin sensory pain,etc.
