衡先培应用活血化瘀法治疗糖尿病临床经验

Experience of HENG Xianpei in Treating Diabetes Mellitus by Activating Blood Circulation and Removing Blood Stasis

糖尿病一般认识从消渴阴虚燥热论治。但其发生、发展、变化过程与瘀血紧密相关。衡先培教授认为,口干是消渴的代表性临床特征,古代医籍中不少关于口干的论述都与消渴有关。瘀血既可以是消渴的病因,也可以是消渴进展所导致的病理改变。临床实践中瘀血可与多种病机同时并存,治疗也当标本两兼。衡教授常用联合治法包括活血化瘀法,清热生津、活血化瘀,益气健脾、活血化瘀,益精补肾、活血化瘀,化痰祛湿、活血化瘀。临床疗效显著提高。糖尿病以气阴两虚为本,气虚血瘀或阴虚血瘀;脾虚失运,水湿内生,聚而为痰,日久痰阻血瘀。提出应该将活血化瘀法贯穿糖尿病治疗的由始至终。

Diabetes generally basic knowledge of diabetes and from Xiaoke Yin deficiency and dryness heat treatment.But its occurrence,development and change are closely related to blood stasis.Therefore,the teacher believes that dry mouth is the representative clinical characteristics of thirst,many ancient medical books on dry mouth are related to the discussion of thirst.Blood stasis can not only be the cause of diabetes,but also the pathological changes caused by the development of cdiabetes.In clinical practice,blood stasis can coexist with many kinds of pathogenesis simultaneously,and the treatment should be two concurrent.Teachers often use combined therapy including activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,clearing away heat,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,tonifying Qi and spleen,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,tonifying kidney,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,resolving phlegm and dampness,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis.The clinical effect was significantly improved.Diabetes is based on deficiency of both Qi and Yin,deficiency of Qi and blood stasis or deficiency of Yin and blood stasis;Spleen deficiency and loss of luck,endogenous water and dampness,gathered for phlegm,phlegm blocking blood stasis for a long time.It is suggested that the method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis should be used throughout the treatment of diabetes.
