Treating Meniere’s Disease from “Liver”

梅尼埃病属"眩晕病"范畴,致病因素多样,但病性分虚实两类:虚者为精、气、血不足,髓海、清窍失养;实者为风、火、痰、瘀扰乱,清窍失宁。通过对梅尼埃病的病名及病因病机的探讨,提出梅尼埃病与肝木关系最为密切,结合肝主疏泄、肝主藏血的特点,从肝论证,辨证施治。

Meniere’s disease belongs to the category of "dizziness".The pathogenic factors are diverse,but the disease is divided into two categories:the virtual one is fine,the gas,the blood is insufficient,the brain is flying to be supported;the real one is wind,fire,sputum and blood stasis disturb the Brain palsy.Through the investigation of the disease name and pathogenesis of Meniere’s disease,it is proposed that Meniere’s disease has the closest relationship with liver,combined with the characteristics of liver leading venting and blood collection,treating from the liver and clinical syndrome.
