熄风清热汤对脑梗死急性期患者凝血功能及炎症因子水平影响

Effect of Integrative Chinese and Western Medicine on Coagulation Function and Inflammatory Factors in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的:分析熄风清热汤对脑梗死急性期患者凝血功能及炎症因子水平影响。方法:将81例脑梗死急性期患者采用随机平行对照法分组,对照组40例给予西医常规治疗,观察组41例联合熄风清热汤口服,对比两组患者治疗后炎症因子、凝血功能、神经功能、生活质量及临床疗效。结果:观察组总有效率92.68%高于对照组75.00%,治疗后肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、血浆黏度水平及美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(National Institute of Health stroke scale,NIHSS)评分低于对照组,凝血酶原时间(Prothrombin time,PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(activated partial thromboplastin time,APTT)水平及Barthel指数(the Barthelindex of ADL)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合能够有效改善脑梗死急性期患者神经功能及生活质量,其机制与抑制炎症反应,调节纤溶系统有关。

Objective:To analyze the effect of treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine combined therapy.Methods:81 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomized to a randomized controlled trial.40 patients in the control group were treated with conventional Western medicine.In the observation group,41 cases were combined with Xifeng Qingre cdecoction.The inflammatory factors,coagulation function,neurological function,quality of life and clinical efficacy were comparecd between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.68%,which was higher than that of the control group(75.00%).Tumor Necrosis Factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),plasma viscosity levels,and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(National Institute of Cancer)The Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)ancd Barthei index of ADL scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Integrative Chinese and Western medicine can effectively improve the neurological function and quality of life in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Its mechanism is related to the inhibition of inflammatory response and regulation of the fibrinolytic system.
