石蜡疗法治疗中风后手指痉挛临床观察

Clinical Observation of Paraffin Therapy for Finger Spasm after Stroke

目的:观察石蜡疗法治疗中风后手指痉挛的临床疗效。方法:选取符合标准的90例中风后手指痉挛患者随机分为3组,分别为对照组30例、针灸组30例和蜡疗加针灸组30例,对照组采用本院的常规药物和康复训练,针灸组在对照组基础上加院内协定针灸治疗,蜡疗加针灸组基于针灸组之上附加石蜡疗法治疗,治疗4周观察3组患者手指拘挛治疗前后MAS及FMA临床疗效。结果:3组患者治疗前MAS及FMA相比较(P>0.05),具有可比性。治疗后对照组、针灸组及蜡疗加针灸组组内及组间MAS及FMA相比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:石蜡疗法对于治疗中风后手指痉挛疗效明显,有效改善手部灵活性,增强日常生活能力。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficiacy of paraffin therapy in the treatment of finger sputum after stroke.Methods:90 patients with post-stroke finger paralysis who met the criteria were randomly divided into 3 groups.There were 30 cases in the control group,30 cases in the acupuncture group and 30 cases in the acupuncture plus acupuncture group.The control group used routine medication and rehabilitation training in our hospital.The acupuncture group was treated with acupuncture treatment in the hospital on the basis of the control group.The wax therapy plus acupuncture group was treated with paraffin therapy based on the acupuncture group.After 4 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy of MAS and FMA before and after treatment of the fingers in 3 groups was observed.Results:The MAS and FMA of the three groups were compared before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable.After treatment,the difference of MAS and F MA in the control group,acupuncture group and acupuncture plus acupuncture group were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Paraffin therapy is effective in treating finger sputum after stroke,effectively improving hand flexibility and enhancing daily living ability.
