摘要
针对某型轿车手刹线束固定支座进行了冲压工艺分析,给出了排样方案和模具结构。对于多向弯曲制件,为保证弯曲精度和压边、卸料的正常进行,将向上弯曲凸模安装在弹性卸料板上。模具结构合理,保证了产品质量,对同类制件的级进模设计具有一定的参考价值。
The stamping process analysis is carried out for the parts of "handbrake harness fixed support", and the layout design and die structure were proposed. For multi-direction bending parts, the upward bending punch is installed on the elastic unloading plate to ensure the bending accuracy and the normal process of blanking and unloading. The rational structure of the mould ensures the quality of the products,which has certain reference value to the design of progressive mould for similar parts.
