通过对汽车发动机核心塑件(一体成型塑料进气歧管)的结构工艺分析,确定模具整体成型和出模结构,通过模流分析,确定胶口位置及布局形式,介绍了一体成型塑料进气歧管注射模设计的关键点和模具制造过程中的注意要点。
