摘要
介绍了结构较十分复杂的塑料水箱注射模设计案例,分析了模具结构特点,包括点浇口进料、斜导柱滑块抽芯、强制脱模、4次分型、推板顶杆协助顶出和动、定模成型镶件等机构。
In this paper, we introduce an injection mold design for a complex plastic water tank shell. There are many modem mechanism structures in this mold. Including pin-point gate, slanted guide pillar slide block core-pulling, forced demolding, four times parting, push plate + ejector pins ejecting mechanism xfront and rear die inserts.
