A probe into the learner-centered training model of Business English talents in higher Vocational Colleges

以学习者为中心是世界各国都在倡导的教学理念。坚持以学习者为中心教学理念,要以培养终身学习者为目标,以学生为主体,以学习成果为本。推进以学习者为中心的高职商务英语人才培养模式改革,是信息时代的根本要求,是应对新一轮科技革命和产业变革的迫切需要,是高职商务英语专业建设的内在要求。在实践中,要坚持以学习者为中心,明晰人才培养目标,重构课程体系,实施教学活动,构建学习支持服务系统。

The learner-centered teaching approach is much highly advocated by educators worldwide,which aims at nurturing lifelong learners,reinforces students’role in learning,and orients teaching towards student’s learning outcome.Promoting the learner-centered reform of the business English talent training model for higher vocational education is the fundamental requirement of the information age,the urgent need to cope with the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation,and the inherent requirement for the construction of higher vocational business English major.In practice,we must adhere to the learner as the center,clarify the goal of talent training,reconstruct the curriculum system,implement teaching activities,and build a learning support service system.
