坡向和坡度对土壤动物群落结构影响研究——以上海辰山植物园结缕草草坪为例 被引量:1

摘要 为了解不同坡向和坡度对土壤动物群落结构的影响,于2016年夏季在上海辰山植物园东南西北四个坡向以及7度和22度两类坡度结缕草草坪的坡上、坡中、坡底三个坡位进行了采样,对其中的土壤动物群落进行了调查。结果表明:土壤动物个体数为南坡(30.11%)>西坡(26.96%)>北坡(21.65%)>东坡(21.28%)。不同坡向土壤动物群落多样性指数差异不显著。坡顶各多样性指数相对坡中和坡底较小,坡中和坡底差别不大。7度坡底显著低于坡顶,22度坡个体数为坡顶>坡底>坡中,均存在显著性差异。坡向对土壤动物群落结构的影响为间接影响,较大坡度对土壤动物群落的影响更明显。 [Objective]To understand the effects of different slope directions and gradient on the community structure of soil fauna.[methods]The soil animals community investigation at top,middle and bottom of zoysia lawns with four slopes in the east,south,north,west and two slopes of 7 and 22 degrees of Shanghai Chenshan botanical garden was carried out in summer of 2016.[Results]The individual number of soil animals was as follows:south slope(30.11%)>west slope(26.96%)>north slope(21.65%)>east slope(21.28%).The diversity index of soil fauna community in different slope direction was not significant.The diversity index of slope top is smaller than that of middle and bottom,and there is little difference between slope and bottom.The individual number at bottom of the slope is significantly lower than the top in the slopes of 7 degrees.The individual number of 22 degrees of slope is as follows:top of the slope>bottom of the slope>middle of the slope.[Conclusion]The effects of slope direction on soil fauna community structure are indirect,and the effect of larger slope on soil fauna community is more obvious.
