摘要
指出了为推动上海市低效工业用地减量化,完善"198"地区土地使用性质的安全转变,构建了上海市"198"减量化地块修复效果后评估体系。该体系的主要框架包括决策目标层、中间层和指标层;通过层次分析辅助软件来完成一致性比例检验与每个指标权重,最终累计相加得分值对应的评价等级即可获得减量化地块修复效果后评估的结果。
In order to promote the reduction of low-efficiency industrial land in Shanghai and improve the safety of land use in the"198"area,this paper constructs a post-evaluation evaluation system for the"198"reduction site in Shanghai.The main framework of the method system includes the decision target layer,the middle layer and the index layer.The consistency analysis and the weight of each index are completed by the AHP software.The evaluation grade corresponding to the final cumulative total score value is the result of post-evaluation.
