摘要
指出了利用水泥窑协同处置城乡生活垃圾在具有优势的同时,协同处置回转窑窑尾气作为主要污染源项,其排放的重金属、二噁英对于周边土壤环境具有一定的积累影响。通过举例预测说明了只要严格按照工艺设计操作,项目运行对周边环境影响较小,可将重金属、二噁英类对土壤的影响降至最低,以确保土壤环境质量不会出现恶化。
While using cement kiln to dispose of urban and rural domestic waste synergistically has advantages,the tail gas of rotary kiln is the main pollution source.The emission of heavy metals and dioxins has a certain accumulation effect on the surrounding soil environment.This example predicts that the project operation will have less impact on the surrounding environment as long as it is strictly in accordance with the process design operation.And the impact of heavy metals and dioxins on the soil will be minimized to ensure that the soil environmental quality will not deteriorate.
