摘要
目的建立针铁矿生品和炮制品的X-射线衍射(XRD)Fourier指纹图谱研究方法,并研究生品和炮制品的差异。方法采用粉晶XRD技术,建立不同地区的10批针铁矿及其炮制品的XRD Fourier指纹图谱。结果初步建立了10批针铁矿及其炮制品的XRD Fourier指纹图谱,生品与炮制品之间的XRD Fourier图谱间有一定的差异;针铁矿生品的相似度>95%,炮制品的相似度>92%;确立了7个共有峰,通过鉴别显示:2、3、4号峰分别为Fe2O3、Fe3O4、FeO的特征峰,其中,针铁矿的主要物相为Fe3O4;聚类分析结果表明:不同产地的针铁矿药材存在一定的差异。结论针铁矿的XRD Fourier指纹图谱分析可为其鉴别和质量评价提供依据。
OBJECTIVE To establish a Fourier transform X-ray diffraction ( XRD) fingerprint of raw and processed products of goethite, and to compare the difference between raw products and processed products. METHODS The XRD Fourier fingerprint analysis of 10 batches of goethite and their processed products collected in different regions were established by using powder XRD analysis method. RESUITS XRD characteristic fingerprint of 10 batches of goethite and their processed products was established. There are certain differences in XRD Fourier fingerprint between raw and processed products. The similarity of crude goethite is above 95%,the similarity after processing more than 92%. Seven common peaks were characterized, and 2,3 and 4 peaks were identified as characteristic peaks of Fe2O3, Fe3O4 and FeO, respectively. The main image of goethite was Fe3 04. By comparison cluster analysis, there are some differences in the goethite of different areas. CONCLUSION The XRD Fourier fingerprint analysis of goethite can provide the basis for the identification and quality evaluation of Tibetan medicine goethite.
