一例特大神经纤维瘤手术应用单采深度自体储血技术的临床分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的报道1例特大神经纤维瘤手术患者应用术前单采深度自体储血技术而顺利手术的病例。方法通过医生工作站、输血信息系统、Liss系统及医学影像系统,收集1例腰臀部、右大腿特大神经纤维瘤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,并结合文献进行讨论。结果患者术前成功备血自体红细胞12U,自体血小板3治疗量,手术顺利,显著减少了异体血的输注量。结论单采深度自体储血技术安全、有效,可刺激机体超速造血,减少了特大择期手术患者异体血的输注,开辟了新型用血途径。 Objective To share a case of a patient with giant neurofibroma who underwent successful operation withadvanced autologous apheresis. Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of one case, whose waist, hip and right thigh suffered from a disease of giant neurofibroma, was discussed in combination with the literature. Results The patient successfully donated 12 units of autologous red blood cells and 3 units of autologous plateletsby advanced autologous apheresisbefore operation, which reduced the perioperative transfusion of allogeneic blood. Conclusion The technique of advanced autologous apheresis is safe and effective, which can stimulate the excessive hematopoiesis of the body, reduce the transfusion of allogeneic blood in the patients undergoing super major elective surgery, and pave a new way of using blood.
