粤港澳大湾区城市群产城融合测度及其协同策略研究 被引量:7

A Study on the City-industry Integration Measurement and Synergetic Strategies of Urban Agglomerations in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

摘要 粤港澳大湾区是我国开放程度最高、经济创新最活跃的地区之一,是经济全球化新格局下我国打造的世界级城市群。通过构建基于"产""城""人"的产城融合多指标评价体系,运用主成分分析法和熵值法对粤港澳大湾区城市群进行测度评价。结果显示,粤港澳大湾区城市群产城融合水平整体较高,广深两城排名始终位于前列,但其他各城发展存在不均衡;粤港澳大湾区宏观政策与重大基础设施建设对推动本地区产城融合有重要影响;粤港澳大湾区区域产业等级差距进一步扩大,产城融合与城市发展逐渐回归以人为本。基于此,从基础设施、产业结构、人才吸引及核心城市打造等方面提出相应的协同发展策略。 The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is one of the areas with the highest degree of openness and the most active economic innovation in China. In this paper,a multi-index evaluation system for the industry-city integration of urban agglomeration is constructed,and principal component analysis and entropy method are used to measure and evaluate the urban agglomeration of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. The results show that the integration level of industry and city in the urban agglomerations of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is relatively high in the whole. Guangzhou and Shenzhen always occupy the top places,but the development of each city is not balanced. There is a positive correlation between the level of urban-rural integration and Real GDP per capita and disposable personal income(DPI),which is the key factor affecting city-industry integration in this region. The policies and major infrastructure of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area have a great impact on the integration of industry and city regionally. Based on this,this paper proposes the corresponding coordinated development strategies from the aspects of infrastructure construction,industrial structure,talent attraction and core city building.
