构建了企业间互动合作、供应链动态能力以及企业与社会经济效益之间的理论模型,以零售业供应链作为调查对象,运用PLS-SEM方法对企业间互动合作、供应链动态能力以及经济效益之间关系进行实证研究。研究结果表明,知识共享和信息传递对供应链动态能力中的协调能力和学习能力均有显著的正向影响,资源流动对供应链动态能力中的整合与重构能力、协调能力有显著的正向影响;供应链动态能力中的整合与重构能力、学习能力对企业经济效益均有显著的正向影响,供应链动态能力中的协调能力对企业和社会经济效益均有显著的正向影响。

Constructs a theoretical model of interaction between enterprises, supply chain dynamics and corporate and social economic benefits. Taking the retail supply chain as the survey object, the PLS-SEM method is used to conduct empirical research on the relationship between enterprise interaction, supply chain dynamic capability and economic benefit. The research results show that knowledge sharing and information transmission have a significant positive impact on the coordination and learning ability of the supply chain dynamic capabilities. The resource flow has significant positive integration and reconstruction capabilities and coordination capabilities in the supply chain dynamic capabilities. Impact;the integration and rebuilding capabilities and learning capabilities of the supply chain dynamic capabilities have a significant positive impact on the economic benefits of the enterprise. The coordination ability in the dynamic capacity of the supply chain has a significant positive impact on the corporate and social economic benefits.
