霍山石斛内生真菌及其次生代谢产物研究进展 被引量:1

Research Progresses of Endophytic Fungi from Dendrobium huoshanense and Its Secondary Metabolite

摘要 通过调研国内外相关文献,对已分离鉴定霍山石斛(Dendrobium huoshanense)内生真菌的种类、部分内生真菌次生代谢产物与其宿主植物的相互作用关系进行综述。结果表明,现已分离鉴定的内生真菌有41种,未分离但已鉴定到种的内生真菌有11种,种类还很有限;从这些内生真菌的次生代谢产物中已分离鉴定74个化合物,但大多数与霍山石斛的活性物质及重要生理功能关联较小;部分内生真菌如Acremonium sp.(枝顶孢霉)和Lecanicillium aphanocladii(丝枝蜡蚧霉菌),有促进霍山石斛生长或拮抗植物病原菌的潜力。 This study is mainly to review the species of endophytic fungi in Dendrobium huoshanense, the secondary metabolites of some fungi strains, and the relationship between some endophytic fungi and their host plant based on the relevant literatures at home and abroad. As the results, endophytic fungi that have been cultured and identified were 41 species, the others were uncultured but identified in species level were 11 species. These results in generally suggest that the identified species are limited. In total, 74 compounds have been isolated from some endophytic fungi of D. huoshanens, but most of them are rarely associated with the important physiological functions and active substances of D. huoshanens. Several endophytic fungi, such as Acremonium sp and Lecanicillium aphanocladii,have the potentials to promote the growth of D. huoshanens, or to inhibit the plant pathogen.
