摘要
全民阅读的深入开展推动了实体书店寻求智慧化发展。文章以智能自动售书(借书)机为对象,基于文轩云图24小时智能书店,探讨其功能和特点。目前,国内书店的智慧化探索特别注重流程的技术智能化、产品的功能化体验和阅读的公共化拓展。在此基础上,探究书店寻求智慧化空间的三维路径,包括技术主导下的智能化、体验主导下的功能化和渠道主导下的公共化。
The in-depth development of nationwide reading has promoted the intelligent bookstore to seek intelligent development. The article mainly focuses on the domestic intelligent automatic book-selling(borrowing) machine and Winshare 24-hour intelligent bookstore, and discusses their functions and features. In the exploration of intelligent bookstores, attention is paid to the technical intelligence of processes, the functionalized experience of products and the development of public reading. On this basis, this article explores the three-dimensional paths of bookstores seeking intelligent space including technology-led intelligence, experience-led functionalization, and channel-led publication.
