中医药治疗胃癌前病变的研究进展

Advances on Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Precancerous Lesions of Gastric Cancer

从病因病机、治则、遣方用药、疗效评价等角度对近20年中医药治疗胃癌前病变(precancerous lesion of gastric cancer,PLGC)的文献进行综述。中医学认为PLGC的病位在胃,与脾关系密切,基本病机为本虚标实、虚实夹杂,本虚为脾胃虚,标实有血瘀、气滞、毒邪、痰凝、湿阻等。针对PLGC不同病机,多个学术团队研发出了多个经验方,在PLGC治疗方面有了长足发展,但也面临着疗效评价规范性等问题,有待整合国内外优势研究力量,集中开展大样本、高质量临床研究,做出中西医广泛认可的研究成果。

The effective intervention of precancerous lesion of gastric cancer (PLGC) is an important secondary prevention measure for gastric cancer. This paper reviewed the literature on TCM treatment of PLGC in the past 20 years from the perspectives of etiology, pathogenesis, treatment principles, prescription medication and efficacy evaluation. The doctors of Chinese medicine believe that PLGC is located in the stomach and closely related to the spleen. The basic pathogenesis of PLGC is the deficiency of the spleen and stomach with blood stasis, qi stagnation, toxin, phlegm and dampness obstruction. According to the different pathogenesis of PLGC, several academic teams have developed a number of empirical prescriptions, which have made great progress in the treatment of PLGC. However, they are also faced with problems such as the standardization of efficacy evaluation and so on. It is necessary to integrate the advantages of domestic and foreign research forces, focus on large sample and high-quality clinical research, and get research results widely recognized by Chinese and western medicine researchers.
