不同种质广西莪术根茎和须根挥发油含量比较研究

Comparative Study on Volatile Oil Content of Rhizome and Fibrous Root in Different Germplasm of Ezhu(Curcuma Kwangsiensis)

目的:测定不同种质类型广西莪术根茎和须根挥发油含量,为广西莪术充分利用开发须根中的挥发油提供科学依据。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法,提取不同种质类型广西莪术鲜药材的主根茎和须根的挥发油,并利用SPSS 23.0软件统计分析。结果:不同种质类型广西莪术须根得油率为0.60%~1.80%,其颜色多为紫色,个别为淡紫色、橙黄色;不同种质类型广西莪术根茎的得油率为0.40%~0.75%,其颜色多为紫色,个别为淡紫色、橙黄色。同一种质材料根茎与须根挥发油颜色基本相同。结论:不同种质类型广西莪术根茎和须根得油率存在很大差异;同一种质类型根茎和须根挥发油含量存在显著差异;同一种质类型广西莪术须根挥发油含量高于广西莪术根茎。

Objctive: To determine the volatile oil content of rhizome and fibrous roots of different germplasm types in curcuma kwangsiensis, and to provide a scientific basis for the full utilization of volatile oil in the roots of curcuma kwangsiensis. Methods: The volatile oils of the main rhizomes and fibrous roots of different germplasm types of Rhizoma Curcuma Maxim were extracted by steam distillation and statistically analyzed by SPSS 23.0 software. Results: The germplasm rate of different germplasm types in curcuma kwangsiensis was between 0.6% and 1.8%. The color of the roots was purple, and the others were lavender and orange. The oil yield of different germplasm types in curcuma kwangsiensis rhizome was 0.40%~0.75%, the color is mostly purple, and the others are lavender and orange. The rhizomes of the same material and the essential oil of the fibrous roots are basically the same color. Conclusion: There is a great difference in the oil yield between rhizome and fibrous roots of different germplasm types in curcuma kwangsiensis, and there is a significant difference in the volatile oil content of rhizomes and fibrous roots of the same quality type. The volatile oil content of the same quality type of fibrous roots in curcuma kwangsiensis was higher than that of rhizoma curcuma.
