口腔根管治疗急性牙髓炎的临床效果

Clinical Analysis of Endodontic Treatment of Acute Pulpitis

目的:分析口腔根管治疗急性牙髓炎的临床效果。方法:选择2017年5月至2018年5月于佛山市口腔医院接受治疗的50例急性牙髓炎患者作为研究对象,将其分成对照组与观察组,每组25例。对照组采用常规药物治疗的方法进行治疗,观察组给予口腔根管治疗术进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果:观察组患者总有效率以及成功率均显著高于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:口腔根管治疗急性牙髓炎的临床效果显著,无论在近期治疗结果还是远期治疗结果均优于传统的药物治疗,具有良好的可行性以及优越性。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of oral root canal therapy on acute pulpitis. Methods 50 patients with acute pulpitis treated in Foshan Stomatological hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the subjects of the study.They were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine drug therapy, while the observation group was treated with oral root canal therapy. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate and success rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of oral root canal therapy for acute pulpitis is remarkable. It is superior to traditional medicine treatment in both recent and long term treatment results. It is of good feasibility and superiority.
