摘要
目的探讨微信平台健康教育对肺心病患者治疗依从性及生活质量的影响.方法选取该院2015年11月~2017年10月收治的肺心病患者78例,依据建档顺序分为对照组和研究组各39例.对照组采用常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上采用微信平台健康教育.比较两组治疗依从性、生活质量(QLICD-CPHD)分值、SDS及SAS分值、护理满意度.结果研究组治疗依从性高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组QLICD-CPHD分值较干预前增高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组SDS及SAS分值较干预前降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论采取微信平台健康教育对肺心病患者实施干预,可有效提高其治疗依从性,缓解抑郁及焦虑情绪,改善患者生活质量,且护理满意度较高.
Objective To explore the effect of WeChat platform health education on treatment compliance and quality of life of patients with pulmonary heart disease. Methods A total of 78 cases of pulmonary heart disease admitted by the hospital from November 2015 to October 2017 were selected, and 39 cases were divided into control group and study group according to the filing order.The control group adopted routine nursing, and the research group adopted WeChat platform health education on the basis of routine nursing. The scores of treatment compliance, quality of life (QLICD-CPHD), SDS and SAS, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Treatment compliance in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). After the intervention, the qlicd-cphd scores of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention, and the group was higher than the control group(P<0.05). After the intervention, SDS and SAS scores of the two groups were lower than before the intervention, and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05). Nursing satisfaction in research group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion WeChat platform health education intervention for patients with cor pulmonale can effectively improve their treatment compliance, relieve depression and anxiety, improve the quality of life of patients, and high nursing satisfaction.
