台背回填高速液压夯实机补强路基质量控制标准研究 被引量:5

摘要 桥台涵背等路基构造物附近作业面小,不利于大吨位压路机快速压实施工,黄土地区这一问题更加突出.对高速液压夯实机用于台背黄土路基补强夯实中施工参数的确定进行现场试验研究.文章基于波体特性的夯击能传递原理,研究了使用高速液压夯实机对台背回填进行补强夯实作业的最佳施工参数.结果表明:影响高速液压夯实机补强路基效果的主要因素为夯击档位、夯击次数和夯点间距.高速液压夯实机在一般黄土填筑路堤补强夯实时,夯击档位控制在Ⅲ档最佳,夯击次数应控制在12次~18次,夯点中心间距应不超过1.5m.提出了台背回填高速液压夯实机补强路基质量控制标准,可用于指导黄土地区台背路基压实施工质量控制. The small working area near subgrade structures such as abutment and culvert back is not conducive to the rapid compaction of large-tonnage roller, and this problem is more prominent in Loess area.Field test study was carried out on the determination of the construction parameters in the reinforcement and compaction of the high- pressure hydraulic compactor for the loess roadbedof theabutment back.Based on the principle of slamming energy transfer of wave body characteristics, the paper studies the optimal construction parameters for the reinforcement and compaction operation of backfilling with a high-speed hydraulic tamping machine.The results show that the main factors affecting the effect of high-speed hydraulic compaction machine to strengthen the roadbed are the sniper gear position, the number of slamming times and the distance between the smash points.When the highspeed hydraulic rammer is used to reinforce embankment in general loess, the ramming gear is best in grade III, the number of ramming times should be controlled from 12 to 18, and the center distance of ramming points should not exceed 1.5m.The quality control standard for the subgrade backfill high-speed hydraulic compaction machine is proposed, which can be used to guide the quality control of the base back pressure in the loess area.
