摘要
为了研究高粘高弹防水粘结应力吸收层性能,通过应用室内剪切试验和拉拔试验研究了碎石粒径、沥青洒铺量和碎石洒铺量对防水粘结应力吸收层粘结性能的影响,并对比了高粘高弹防水粘结应力吸收层与橡胶沥青应力吸收层和SBS改性沥青粘结层的粘结效果。研究结果表明:碎石洒铺粒径为9.5mm^13.2mm,碎石洒布量为16kg/m^2,高粘高弹改性沥青洒铺量为2.0kg/m^2,防水粘结应力吸收层具有最为优良的剪切强度和拉拔强度,其粘结性能、防水性能和疲劳性能都优于橡胶沥青应力吸收层和SBS改性沥青粘结层。
In order to study the performance of high-viscous and high-elastic waterproof bonding stress absorbing layer, the effects of gravel particle size, asphalt spraying amount and gravel spraying amount on the bonding performance of waterproof bonding stress absorbing layer were studied by indoor shear test and pull-out test, and the bonding effects of high-viscous and high-elastic waterproof bonding stress absorbing layer with rubber asphalt stress absorbing layer and SBS modified asphalt bonding layer were compared. The size of gravel spraying is 9.5mm~ 13.2mm, the amount of gravel spraying is 16 kg/m2, the amount of high viscous and high elastic modified asphalt spraying is 2.0 kg/m2, and the waterproof bonding stress absorbing layer has the best shear strength and pull-out strength. Its bonding performance, waterproof performance and fatigue performance are superior to those of rubber asphalt stress absorbing layer and SBS modified asphalt bonding layer.
