摘要
本文根据中国社会信用体系建设的战略规划,总结知识产权领域信用体系建设取得的成就,分析目前存在的问题和原因,以及知识产权领域信用体系建设的历史传承、机遇和挑战,在借鉴国际经验的基础上,对我国知识产权领域信用体系建设的发展和创新提出合理化建议。
Based on the strategic plan for the construction of China's social credit system,this paper summarizes the achievements made in the construction of China's credit system in the field of intellectual property rights,analyzes the existing problems and causes,as well as historical inheritance,opportunities and challenges in the construction of credit system in the field of intellectual property in China.On the basis of drawing on international experience,this paper draws on China's intellectual property rights.Rationalization proposals are put forward for the development and innovation of the credit system.
