不同栽培基质对多肉植物“黄丽”生长发育的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为筛选适宜苏北地区景天科多肉植物繁殖的最佳栽培基质,以普通草炭土、品式有机肥、K牌有机肥、椰棕、珍珠岩、蛭石、粗砂为原料,按一定比例进行配制,以景天科多肉植物黄丽为试材,比较不同配制比例对栽培基质物理特性、养分含量和植物生长发育的影响。结果表明:在多肉植物培养6个月后,配方D的容重显著低于其它3个处理,总孔隙度、毛管孔隙度、饱和持水量、毛管持水量、田间持水量均显著高于其它3个处理,非毛管孔隙度显著高于配方C,但与配方A和B之间无显著差异。配方D的碱解氮含量、速效磷含量与有效钾含量显著高于其它3个处理。配方D的叶片数量、冠幅、株高、叶片颜色与配方A的差异不明显,但显著高于配方B和C;而地上部干重和地下部干重显著高于配方A,根冠比低于配方A。因此,配方D最适宜作为多肉植物“黄丽”的栽培基质。 In order to select the best cultivation matrix suitable for the breeding of venaceae succulent plants in northern Jiangsu region,the raw materials of common grass charcoal soil,organic fertilizer of type,K organic fertiliz. er,Palm brown,perlite,vermiculite and coarse sand were prepared according to a certain proportion. The effects of different proportions on the physical characteristics,nutrient content and plant growth and development of the culti. vation matrix were compared with Huangli,a succulent plant of the family Jingtian. The results showed that after 6 months of succulent plant culture,the soil capacity of formula D was significantly lower than that of the other three treatments. The total porosity,porosity of the capillary,saturated water holding capacity,capillary water holding ca. pacity,and field water holding capacity were all significantly higher than those of the other three treatments. The po. rosity of non-capillary tubes was significantly higher than that of formulation C,but there was no significant differ. ence between A and B. The alkalysis nitrogen content,available phosphorus content and effective potassium content of formula D were significantly higher than those of the other three treatments. The difference between the number of leaves,crown,plant height,leaf color and treatment A of formula D was not obvious,but it was significantly higher than that of treatment B and C;The dry weight of the upper ground and the dry weight of the underground part were significantly higher than that of formula A,and the root crown ratio was lower than that of formula A. Formula D is more beneficial to the growth of the upper part of the plant and is suitable as the cultivation matrix of the succulent plant Huangli.
