基于微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法检测稻田综合种养稻谷的重金属元素 被引量:8

Determination of Heavy Metal Elements in Rice From Integrated Rice-Aquatic Coculture System by Microwave Digestion and ICP-MS

摘要 利用高压消解罐消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法,检测分析稻鱼、稻鳖、稻虾-小龙虾等3种典型稻田综合种养模式下的6个水稻品种中铬、镍、铜、锌、砷、镉、铅等7种重金属的含量。设定了最佳的样品前处理条件和仪器测定条件,在进行质谱测定时,采用Ge、In元素作为内标元素,依据国家标准参考物质柑橘叶并通过加标回收试验对方法进行了验证。结果表明:(1)各元素标准曲线的相关系数大于0.9990,方法检出限在0.0006~0.0645μg/mL,加标回收率在88.89%~109.82%,相对标准偏差均小于3%。表明该方法简单、精密度高、检出限低,适用于检测稻谷中重金属元素的含量。(2)3种不同稻渔综合种养模式下,稻谷中7种重金属元素的含量均符合食品安全的要求。检测结果可以为稻田综合种养稻谷的质量控制提供参考借鉴。 The present study was to establish an microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)method to measure the concentration of Cr,Ni,Cu,Zn,As,Cd and Pb in 6 rice species from three different integrated rice-aquatic coculture model.The experimental conditions for treating and analyzing samples were optimized;in the mass spectrum measurement,germanium and indium elements were used as internal standard element.The accuracy of the method was confirmed by the recoveries of standard additions and standard material citrus leaf.The results showed that:(1)the correlative coefficients of standard curves were above 0.9990,detection limit were 0.0006~0.0645μg/L with the recovery rates in the range of 88.89%~109.82% and RSD values were less than 3%.The current method is easy operation,high precision and sensitive,and of low detection limit.It is suitable for the analysis and determination of heavy metals in rice materials.(2)the heavy metal elements concentration in seven rice samples from rice-fish,rice-soft-shell turtle,and rice-lobster coculture models were all meet the food safety requirements.And the results may provide reference for the quality control of rice production of integrated rice-aquatic coculture system.
