PDCA循环在深圳市光明新区托幼机构卫生保健管理中的应用

Application of PDCA Cycle in Health Care Management of Kindergartens in Guangming District of Shenzhen

目的运用PDCA循环工具对深圳市光明新区托幼机构卫生保健工作进行管理,提高辖区托幼机构卫生保健质量。方法运用PDCA循环对托机构卫生保健进行持续质量管理,将干预后的2016-2017学年度卫生保健评估合格率、保健医生与幼儿比、食堂评级、双增合格情况、心理筛查情况、贫血及营养不良发病率等指标与干预前2015-2016学年度的相关指标进行对比。结果实施PDCA循环管理模式后,卫生保健评估合格率、A级食堂通过率分别从89.39%、44.45%提升至91.66%和61.11%,医生与幼儿比从1∶271下降至1∶234;幼儿双增合格率、心理筛查率分别从66.15%和85.78%上升至80.35%和91.14%,幼儿贫血、营养不良患病率分别从4.05%和4.01%下降至3.56%和3.43%。结论遵循PDCA循环管理模式,加大卫生保健经费投入,完善卫生保健配置,加强健康教育,落实卫生保健制度,可提高托幼机构卫生保健质量。

OBJECTIVE To improve the quality of health care in kindergartens in Guangming District of Shenzhen by using PDCA circulation tools. METHODS The qualified rate of health care assessment,the ratio of health care doctors to children,the rating of canteen,the double qualified status,psychological screening and the incidence of anemia and malnutrition in the school year 2016-2017 after intervention were compared with those in 2015-2016 school year. RESULTS After the implementation of PDCA cycle management,the qualified rate of health care assessment and the passing rate of A-level canteen increased from 89.39% and 44.45% to 91.66% and61.11% respectively,while the ratio of doctors and children decreased from 1:271 to 1:234. Furthermore,the double qualified rate of infants and the rate of psychological screening increased from 66.15% and 85.78% to 80.35% and 91.14% respectively,with the prevalence of anemia and malnutrition in infants decreasing from 4.05% and 4.01% to 3.56% and 3.43% respectively. CONCLUSION Following PDCA cycle management mode,increasing health care funding,improving health care allocation,strengthening health education and implementing health care system could improve the quality of health care in kindergartens.
