摘要
目的探讨微种植支抗结合片段弓远移上下牙列矫治技术在矫治轻中度牙列拥挤中的效果。方法选取68例口腔正畸患者中34例行拔牙治疗为对照组,另34例采用微种植支抗结合片段弓远移上下牙列矫治技术进行矫治。测量两组治疗软硬组织变化和磨牙移动情况,记录治疗时间。结果观察组治疗时间明显短于对照组,除U1/L1角、NLA角外,观察组治疗后软硬组织变化各项指标较治疗前减少(P<0.05);除U1/L1角、NLA角外,对照组治疗后软硬组织变化各指标较治疗前减少(P<0.05)。除U6/SN角、L6M-PP距和L6/MP角外,观察组治疗后各项指标较治疗前减少(P<0.05);除L6M-PP距、L6/MP角外,对照组治疗后各项指标较治疗前明显增加(P<0.05)。结论微种植支抗结合片段弓远移上下牙列矫治技术与拔牙治疗效果相当,但更具优势。
OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of micro-planting anchorage combined with segmental distal dentition correction technique in the treatment of mild to moderate crowding. METHODS 68 patients with orthodontic treatment,34 were treated with extraction,which was the control group. The other 34 patients were treated with micro-planting anchorage combined with segmental distal dentition. Chang. es in soft and hard tissue and movement of the molars were measured in both groups;the treatment time was recorded. RESULTS The treatment time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group. Except for the U1/L1 angle and the NLA an. gle,the indexes of the soft and hard tissue changes in the observation group were lower than those before treatment(P <0.05);except for the U1/L1 angle and the NLA angle. After the treatment,the indexes of soft and hard tissue changes were lower than those before treat. ment(P <0.05). Except U6/SN angle,L6M-PP distance and L6/MP angle,the indexes of the observation group were decreased com. pared with before treatment(P <0.05). Except for L6M-PP distance and L6/MP angle,the indexes of the control group increased signifi. cantly after treatment(P <0.05).CONCLUSION The technique of micro-planting anchorage combined with segmental distal dentition treatment was equivalent to the treatment of tooth extraction,but it has advantages.
