Comprehensive geriatric assessment(CGA)is the core technology of geriatric medicine,which is an important tool for carrying out the management of senile chronic diseases in primary medical and health institutions. CGA could effectively integrate regional medical resources and improve the quality of life of the elderly in the community,so it is of far-reaching significance to think about how to improve the existing evaluation model to give full play for the primary medical and health institutions as the gatekeeper role in senile chronic disease management.
