漳州市二级以上公立医院高年资护士岗位现状调查分析 被引量:1

Investigation and Analysis of the Status Quo of High-ranking Nurses in Public Hospitals Above the Second Level in Zhangzhou City

摘要 目的分析福建省漳州市二级以上公立医院高年资护士的岗位现状及意愿,探讨适合高年资护士的岗位,更好地发挥高年资护士的作用。方法采取问卷调查的方式分别了解158名高年资护士的岗位现状、自认适合岗位情况、对职业的满意度、80名护士长最喜欢的年龄段护士和认为高年资护士更适合的岗位。结果 158名高年资护士中有92人(58.2%)在临床一线岗位,有66人(41.8%)在非临床一线岗位;在意愿岗位中有46.2%的人更倾向于非临床一线岗位;对职业的认同度较差,对工作状态、环境、强度、岗位、绩效分配和个人价值的体现等方面满意度均较低。在岗位安排上,护士长最喜欢30~40岁年龄段的护士,认为高年资护士更适合在责任组长的岗位。结论应充分利用人力资源,合理安排高年资护士的工作岗位,调动高年资护士的工作积极性,充分发挥高年资护士的价值,提升高年资护士的满意度,促进其职业生涯的发展。 OBJECTIVE To analyze the status quo and willingness of high-grade nurses in public hospitals above the second level in Zhangzhou,explore the positions suitable for high-grade nurses,and better play the role of high-grade nurses. METHODS Questionnaires were used to understand the status of 158 senior nurses,their self-identification status,their satisfaction with the profession,and the80 nurses’ favorite age nurses and those who think that senior nurses were more suitable. RESULTS Among the 158 high-ranking nurses,there were 92(58.2%)in the clinical first-line positions,66(41.8%)were in the non-clinical line;46.2% of the willing positions were more inclined to the non-clinical positions. The degree of recognition was poor,and the satisfaction with the work status,environment,intensity,position,performance distribution and personal value were low. In the post arrangement,the head nurse preferred the nurses in the 30~40 age group,and thought that the senior nurse were more suitable for the position of the responsible team leader. CONCLUSION It was necessary to make full use of human resources,reasonably arrange the positions of high-grade nurses,mobilize the enthusiasm of high-age nurses,give full play to the value of high-age nurses,improve the satisfaction of high-age nurses,and promote the development of their careers.
