医护一体化模式在股骨粗隆骨折手术治疗患者中应用有效性及影响因素分析

Analysis on the Effectiveness and Influencing Factors of the Medical Integration Model in the Surgical Treatment of Femoral Trochanter Fracture

目的探讨分析医护一体化模式在股骨粗隆骨折手术治疗患者中应用的有效性及影响因素。方法选取2017年1月-2018年11月在清远市清新区人民医院收入院的100名手术患者,采用随机数表法将受试者随机分为两组,每组各50人,对两组患者进行不同方法的干预。对照组患者予常规护理;一体组予医护一体化护理。比较不同干预模式治疗效果,并对其进行统计分析。结果治疗的有效性优良对比:对照组优良率为32.00%,一体组优良率为86.00%,对照组与一体组间差异有统计学意义(χ^2=27.94,P<0.05);影响医护一体化模式效果的因素有基础疾病,骨折分级,并发症,医护一体主动巡视,病情观察,治疗措施,基础护理落实,责任护士"十知道",康复指导。结论本研究探明了医护一体化模式能提高股骨粗隆骨折手术治疗患者的临床效果,并为同行的医护人员提供一个可参考的医护一体化模式方案。

OBJECTIVE To explore and analyze the effectiveness and influencing factors of the application of the integrated medical care model in the surgical treatment of femoral trochanter fracture. METHODS 100 surgical patients in target hospital from January,2017 to November,2018 were randomly divided into two groups by the random number table method. There were 50 persons in eachgroup. Two groups of patients were treated with different methods of intervention. The control group received routine nursing care. Integrated group for integrated nursing care. The effects of different intervention modes were compared and statistic analysis was carried out. RESULTS The treatment effectiveness and good rate were compared. The excellent rate of the control group was 32.00%,and that of the integrated group was 86.00%. The difference between control group and integrated group was statistically significant(χ^2=27.94,P<0.05;the factors that affected the effect of the model of medical integration were basic diseases,fracture classification,complications, medical care unit active inspection,observation,treatment measures,implementation of basic nursing,nursing duty"ten knows"and rehabilitation guidance. CONCLUSION It was proved that the integrated medical care model could improve the clinical effect of surgical treatment of patients with femoral trochanter fracture,and provide reference model of medical integration for the medical staff in the same profession.
