抗生素菌渣生物炭的制备及特性 被引量:16

摘要 文章以制药厂发酵妥布霉素菌渣为原料,采用限氧裂解法在不同温度下制备生物炭,利用高效液相色谱仪、元素分析仪、扫描电子显微镜、傅里叶红外光谱仪等现代分析技术对菌渣以及生物炭的结构、形貌、比表面积、孔径、表面官能团和元素含量等理化特性进行分析表征。结果表明,菌渣中妥布霉素含量为10.23μg/g,生物炭中未检测到;生物炭中C元素含量和比表面积均比菌渣的高,随着温度升高,C元素含量增大,H/C比下降;生物炭具有多孔结构,主要为中孔;随着热解温度升高,生物炭中烷烃基缺失。该研究可为抗生素菌渣的无害化处理以及菌渣生物炭用于重金属和有机污染物废水处理提供理论依据。 A series of biochars were prepared by using tobramycin bacterial residue from the fermentation process in the pharmaceutical industry under the limited O2 cracking condition and the different pyrolysis temperatures.High performance liquid chromatograph(HPLC),element analyzer,scanning electron microscope(SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR)and other analytical methods were utilized to analyze the structure,morphology,specific surface area,pore size,surface functional groups,the contents of elements and other physical or chemical characteristics of bacterial residues and biochars.The results show that the tobramycin contents of bacterial residues are 10.23μg/g,but not detected in biochar.The carbon contents and specific surface area are both higher than that of bacterial residues.The carbon contents show a significant increase with increasing pyrolysis temperature,while the values of H/C reduced.The biochars have rich pore structure and the specific surface area results reveal that the hole structure of the biochars is mainly mesoporous.The paraffin base is missing with an increase of pyrolysis temperature.This research will provide theoretical foundation for harmless treatment of antibiotic bacterial residues and biochars produced from bacterial residues applying in the removal of heavy metals and organic pollutants from aqueous solution.
