摘要
以胶乳生产废水脱水污泥为原料,利用硫酸对其进行磺化改性,制备吸附剂用于阳离子蓝X-GRRL染料溶液吸附脱色。文章考察了吸附剂投加量、pH值和时间对吸附效果的影响,并对其吸附热力学进行了探讨。结果表明:污泥中成功接枝了磺酸基团;当阳离子蓝初始浓度为200 mg/L,吸附剂投加量为200 mg/L,吸附温度25℃,pH=5.5,150 r/min振荡吸附600 min时吸附容量达817 mg/g。热力学吸附过程符合Langmuir模型,表明吸附剂对阳离子蓝的吸附符合单分子层吸附理论,通过该模型计算在20℃理论饱和吸附容量为840.3 mg/g。热力学分析表明,吸附剂对阳离子蓝的吸附是吸热和熵增的过程。
The adsorbent was prepared with dewatered sludge from the wastewater of latex-producing factory as raw materials and sulfuric acid as sulfonated agent.Cationic blue X-GRRL was used to test the adsorption capacities of the obtained adsorbent.The effects of dosage of adsorbent,p H value and time on the adsorption performance were investigated,and the adsorption thermodynamics was also studied.The results showed that sulfonic acid group was successfully grafted into the sludge,and the specific surface area was developed.When the initial concentration of cationic blue X-GRRL was 200 mg/L,dosage of adsorbent was 200 mg/L,the maximum adsorption capacity was up to 817 mg/g with oscillation frequency of150 r/min,temperature at 25℃,pH of 5.5 and time of 600 min.The adsorption process fitted into the Langmuir isotherm model,which indicates that the adsorption of the cationic blue X-GRRL by the adsorbent belongs to the monolayer adsorption theory.The saturated adsorption capacity was calculated by the model to be 840.3 mg/g.Thermodynamic parameters demonstrated that the adsorption of the cation blue X-GRRL by the adsorbent was a spontaneous process of endothermic and entropy increasing.
