高举架立式圆筒型储液容器组合减震理论分析与数值仿真分析

摘要 为了减轻地震对高举架立式圆筒型储液容器产生的破坏,基于国内外学者的研究,提出了两种组合减震方式,即基础隔震与黏滞阻尼器组合减震(组合减震A)、柱顶隔震与黏滞阻尼器组合减震(组合减震B),并建立了简化力学模型和有限元数值仿真模型,从理论研究及有限元数值仿真分析两个方面进行了地震动响应对比分析。结果表明,对于不同地震动输入,组合减震措施均有较好的减震效果,组合减震B对地震动的适应能力更强;采用组合减震B时,隔震层偏移较小,有利于保护隔震层,不至于因偏移过大而造成隔震层失效,也有利于结构的安全性;采用组合减震B时,黏滞阻尼器消耗了更多的能量,使黏滞阻尼器充分发挥作用,配置更加合理,减震效果更好;理论解与有限元解比较接近,相互验证计算结果的准确性。在选择组合减震方式及进行参数设计时,需根据工程抗震要求、场地条件等实际情况,选择最合适的被动控制方式。 In order to reduce the destruction of elevated vertical cylindrical storage tanks in devastating earthquakes,two kinds of combinations of shock absorption methods,i.e.,combined shock absorption of base isolation and viscous dampers (combined damping measure A ) and combined shock absorption of top isolation and viscous dampers (combined damping measure B ) were proposed based on the researches of scholars at home and abroad.And the simplified mechanical model and the finite element numerical simulation model were established.The seismic response of ground motion was studied from two aspects of theoretical research and finite element numerical simulation analysis.The results show that,for different seismic input,the combined shock absorption measures both have better shock absorption effect.The combined damping measure B was more adaptable to ground motion ,when this measure was adopted,the displacement of the isolation layer was relatively small,which is favorable to the protection of the isolation layer,and is also beneficial to the safety of the structure due to failure of the isolation layer by excessive displacement.When the combined shock absorption measure B was adopted,the viscous dampers consumed more energy,making the dampers play their full role and the configuration more reasonable,thus had better shock absorption effect.The theoretical solution was closer to the finite element solution,which mutually verify the accuracy of the calculation results.In the selection of combined shock absorption measures and conducting parameter design,the most appropriate passive control measures should be selected according to the actual situation,for example,the seismic requirements and site conditions of the actual project.
