摘要
使用预制气泡的聚乙烯滚塑制品样品,利用太赫兹技术对该制品的壁内气泡缺陷进行了测试。结果表明,太赫兹技术可以探测到样品的壁内气泡,探测结果和扫描方向、样品的平整度及透明度无关。可为塑料及其衬里制压力容器或滚塑制品的质量控制提供了一种新的无损检验方法。
The bubble defects in the wall of this product were tested by the Terahertz technology by using a prefabricated polyethylene rotomolded product containing bubbles as the sample.The results show that the Terahertz technology could detect presence of bubbles in the wall of the sample, and the detection results were independent of scanning direction, sample smoothness and transparency.Therefore, it can provide a new nondestructive testing method for the quality control of plastics and plastics lined pressure vessels or rotomolded products.
