复合树脂经不同方法处理后修复牙体的效果及其抗疲劳破坏性能分析 被引量:3

摘要 分析复合树脂经不同方法处理后修复牙体的效果及其抗疲劳破坏性能。方法:选择2016年8月-2017年7月来我院进行修复牙体的90例患者和在我院拔除的牙冠完整的20颗离体牙,20颗离体牙制备II类洞型,随机将90例患者与20颗离体牙分组,对照组采用复合树脂直接填充进行牙体修复;而观察组采用ParaCroe-Dual嵌体粘结进行牙体修复,比较两组牙体修复效果以及复合树脂抗疲劳破坏性能。结果:观察组牙体修复效果满意度(97.78%)高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组染色剂渗透距离明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:复合树脂间接法嵌体粘结修复效果更加令患者满意,其抗疲劳破坏性能更佳。 Objective: To analyze the effect of composite resin on the restoration of tooth after treatment by different methods and its anti-fatigue failure performance.Methods: From August 2016 to July 2017,we selected 90 patients who underwent repair of the tooth in our hospital and 20 intact teeth that were removed from our hospital as the subject of this study,and 20 isolated teeth to prepare a type II cavity. Ninety patients and 20 isolated teeth were randomly divided into groups. The control group was directly filled with composite resin for dental restoration. The observation group was treated with ParaCroe-Dual inlay for tooth restoration. The tooth restoration effects of the two groups and the fatigue resistance of the composite resin were compared.Results:The satisfaction degree of the tooth restoration in the observation group(97.78%)was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05. The penetration distance of the stain in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion: The indirect inlay bonding repair effect of composite resin is more satisfactory for patients,and its anti-fatigue damage performance is better.
