摘要
本研究合成了MDI型预聚体和IPDI型预聚体,最终制备了单组分聚氨酯结构胶。探究了MDI型预聚体NCO含量、粉料配比、固化剂比例对性能的影响,产品适用于低温低湿环境下的粘接,且经老化后粘接良好。
In this study, MDI-prepolymer and IPDI-prepolymer were synthesized, and finally a one-component polyurethane structural adhesive was prepared. The effects of NCO content,powder ratio and curing agent ratio on the performance were investigated. The product is suitable for bonding under low temperature and low humidity environment,and the bond is good after aging.
