摘要
运用变动加载载荷与滑动速度的方式,达到在现实工作中的使用要求,分析研究了体育器材用Ti2AIC复合材料的摩擦磨损性能,对表面磨损形态开展观察研究,同时研究了它的作用机理。试验现象表明,这种复合材料的摩擦系数根据滑动速度的升高或者载荷的增加而变小;随着滑动速度的升高,这种复合材料的磨损率会先减小然后逐渐增加,在滑动速度为4.9m/s时获得磨损率的最小值;并且这种材料的磨损形式一般为层状剥落与氧化磨损。
The method of variable loading load and sliding speed is used to meet the application requirements in practical work.The friction and wear properties of Ti2AIC composite material used for sports equipment were studied.At the same time, the mechanism of its action was studied. The experimental phenomenon shows that the friction coefficient of the composite material becomes smaller according to the increase of the sliding speed or the increase of the load;as the sliding speed increases,the wear rate of the composite material decreases first and then increases gradually, the minimum wear rate is obtained at a speed of 4.9 m/s;and the wear form of this material is generally lamellar flaking and oxidative wear.
