摘要
就化工而言,早已全面融入了人们的日常生产生活,然而在生活中的组成成分与化学性质难以快速直接性辨别,极有可能带有毒性与危险气体。但是利用化学仪表进行详细分析,是人们充分了解物质内部构成的主要途径,仪表自动化技术能更好地基于物质性质参数测量,明辨物质化学成分。而在科学技术水平快速提升的趋势下,很多学科在内部研究中添加了智能自动化环节,使得现代化技术得以快速发展,特别是在自然物质研究上。文章主要对智能自动化在化工仪表中的有效应用进行了详细分析。
As far as chemical industry is concerned, it has been fully integrated into people's daily production and life. However, it is difficult to quickly and directly distinguish the components and chemical properties of life, and it is very likely to contain toxic and dangerous gases. However, detailed analysis by chemical instruments is the main way for people to fully understand the internal composition of substances. Instrument automation technology can better identify the chemical composition of substances based on the measurement of material properties parameters. With the rapid development of science and technology, many disciplines have added intelligent automation links to their internal research, which makes modern technology develop rapidly, especially in the study of natural substances. In this paper, the effective application of intelligent automation in chemical instruments is analyzed in detail.
